You do not need a credit card to use PayPal, but I do not know what other requirements they may impose in countries other than the USA.
If you have some way of delivering dollars or euros to a postal address, then email me via paul [at] linuxaudiosystems [thedotthing] com and I’ll give you the relevant info. In general, most people seem to find paypay easier.

you can put money on a paypal account by normal wire transfer, you don’t need a credit card
also, sending money around by post is illegal
