Has anyone had success using this device with Ubuntu 20.04? It was working fine for me with a previous kernel, and since a release back in the fall … it’s broken. I have a new computer - and no access to the working kernel - and I’m at a loss for what to do. I’ve scoured sooooo many websites for ANYTHING that will help. But, I’m stuck.
I am computer (Windows and Linux) literate, but not Linux audio literate.
If someone has written down the steps to get a device running, I’d like to see it.
What happens is that my device turns on (via USB) and JACK sees it, and then it turns off and is not recognized. “lsusb” will find it, and recognize it’s ID, but then the device shuts back off.
How does one work through solving something like this? I’m sooooooo frustrated with the endless searching for breadcrumb clues everywhere.
