Has anyone already tested Mac OS 15 Sequoia in conjunction with Ardor?

Yes, I can compile and run Ardour on macOS 15.

I installed and I can run Ardour 8.7 on macOS 15. Audio routing and everything works just fine. The UI is slow, but that was also a problem before the OS update.

In the meantime I have also installed Sequoia - so far everything went smoothly.
