I would also like to see a dynamic Eq. Where can I pay? It seems to require a rather long beer. 
The only one way left to donate with $$ is patreon. All other ways can be done by using crypto (Ethereum or Bitcoin).
There is a ticket about dynamic equalizer but I don’t know when I’ll be ready to start the development of this plugin.
There are also many supplementary tasks (like porting to Windows/CLAP/VST3/gstreamer/PipeWiere/Wayland etc) that delay the delivery of new plugins.
If you are worried about just one specific frequency band there is a single band dynamic EQ in the ZAM plugins in the meanwhile: zam-plugins – ZamAudio.com
