Loop single tracks?

Hello,

I’m going to loop single tracks itself and not globally.

For example if Track B is longer than Track A,
I’m going to loop B and A just itself
to avoid a mute on the shorter Track A, while B is still played.

Is this possible?

I could copy and paste Track A, that it fills Track B and select then a region but per-track loops would be nicer (I think so as a beginner.)

No, Ardour doesn’t do this. As was mentioned on IRC, you should just duplicate the region(s) in the track.
