If I set a loop range and recorded 5 passes of a guitar solo how can I choose what layer I want to keep.Also could I mix them to keep segments of one or another pass.I see when I do a punch in that overlaps a part that I aborted that I get a yellow section and I can choose crossfade/mute to mute the lower layer that I don’t want.I can’t really see a way of keeping anything other that the top layer.Thank you.

I figured out how to choose the layer I want active from the popup when you click “choose top layer”.I noticed though that if I set my loop points and click the loop playback button in the transport while the red record button is enabled,that it continues to record after the 2nd loop point rather than looping back & recording a new layer.Is there a way to do this??
