Livetrax Standalone or built-in to Ardour?

Is Livetrax going to be a seperate application, or built-in to Ardour ?

separate application. and to be honest, it has not yet been decided if it will be available in ready-to-run form from ardour.org.

Somewhat. I’ve been interested personally in doing this for a long time, so I took their desire as a trigger to get busy with it. I still think it is a worthy idea, but may complicate Ardour’s identity somewhat. We’ll see.

I’m personally very interested in standalone Livetrax. That is exactly how we are using Ardour and currently Ardour is overkill and much more complicated than what we need.
