Ok, the question is asked: is it possible, like in my previous linux setup, to listen to Youtube while a project is opened in Ardour?

You’d probably be limited to matching samplerates between Windows and Ardour and, honestly, I have no idea whether this actually works…
You could also try using WASAPI in shared mode? Or JACK for Windows?
I’m honestly wondering when there would be a situation I’d need to “listen” while working in a DAW unless you mean recording a source like the audio from YouTube directly into Ardour. On Linux we’d use something like the Pulse JACK bridge thingy so, again, I might be looking at JACK or this: https://www.vb-audio.com/Voicemeeter/banana.htm
