Here’s a simple question…I guess someone here already encountered similar problem…
Now, it’s realy great to have a way to quickly audition sounds from your clips library…love it.
I can see you can pull sounds you’ve chosen diretectly onto the timeline and it automaticaly creates an audio track - also great.
Unfortunately, especialy when you do electronic music, most probably you’ll want to load those sounds into sampler of some sort so you could shape that sound furher. I’m aware you could load the sample from sampler’s own import window, but that defeates the purpose or audition/drag/drop option using library. I’m also aware that, if you want to implement this, it esentialy means one should integrate the sampler plugin within the daw itself, right?
So here comes the dumb question - is there a way for people drag&drop sounds from Ardour Clips library to sampler plugins? Or is there something obvious i just don’t see? Maybe i’m just not aware of some existing function or doing something wrong?
