Keyboard on the MIDI track no longer visible

I have installed 9.7 recently.
The keyboard (scroomer?) with the midi notes is not present on the midi track, i can’t work out how to show it.
Can anyone help?

Have you tried selecting the pencil tool and drawing in a bar on the MIDI track?

Yes i have tried that. I actually tried to create a new track and the scroomer appeared there. Not sure why. The previous track was created selecting pearl drum LV2 and fan out tracks.

It only shows if the track is above a certain vertical height/size. Make the track taller and it should appear.

Thanks Paul.
The first MIDI track showed the problem no matter the size of the track i selected it did not show it.
I have deleted the MIDI track and the fan out tracks and once recreated it indeed it shows the keyboard correctly.
Not sure why but works now. Thanks for the help

If you’re midi track has
-Layers: Overlaid …the keys are shown
if you select
-Layers: stacked …it’s gone

May be you had it stacked.
