I use:
jackd 1.9.3 (compiled)
ardour 2.8 (64studio lenny-backports repo)
linux 2.6.29.6-rt23
debian lenny amd64
i also tested with
ardour 2.8.2 (compiled)
jackd 1.9.1 (64studio lenny-backports repo)
the problem:
if ardour is set to be jack time master it is not possible to jump back to the beginning of the track or move the track position. after hitting play its always continuing at the last position.

the solution presented there, was downgrading. i dont know if jack or ardour. but i dont like to downgrade.
anybody else recocnised this strange behaviour? any solutions? maybe a bug?
