im using ardour on 64studio v2 & ubuntustudio.
i’ve created some sessions with +8 channels and multichannel master-busses.
when i’m opening the saved sessions. the jack-connections aren’t loaded right. even though the ardour input/output menu on each channel show the right connections, i can’t see them in qjackctl. and there’s no sound…
sometimes it even seems, that some oututs are connected to the wrong output of my soundcard.
has anyone an idea how to get shure, that ardout loads and saves the connections properly?
on ubuntustudio(7.10) i use 2.4.
the 64studio-system has a 2.0.x version.
the admin installed 2.4 today, il test that tomorrow.
(because of jack-dependencies we can’t install 2.5 there)

i found a dirty workaround:
if you rename channels, new connections seem to saved and loaded correctly.
had one channel which was named “MasterBus” that almost never worked. after renaming it, it seemed to work…
