Is the store mixer settings lua shortcut broken

I’m using windows 10 and I was trying to set up the shortcut for storing mixer settings but when I click on it after I set it to a number shortcut thing, the screen shows like a flickering at the top of the screen and nothing happens, I was expecting a dialog box to let know know where to save the mixer settings
