Is Ardour beta build?nightly build available for windows

I couldn’t find download links for windows in Beta?Nightly builds.Has that been stopped as of now

Ardour 5.0 (out within days) will be released for Windows as well. We will not support installation or device issues, but for everything else we will try to offer the same support we offer to OS X and Linux users.

Will it just be released for subscribers again?

It will be a normal release, like the OS X and Linux ones.
