Invalid or Corrupt session state issue ardour 8.1

Sorry to be another person asking, but I’ve looked at all the options I can search to fix this, but I can’t figure out a fix. There isn’t a region named which I can change/delete whatever. It’s beyond my current abilities

Session “/home/darin/Music creation/ardour new/Stop holding back (snapshot Stop holding back)” did not load successfully:
Cannot initialize session/engine: Invalid or corrupt session state.

—ERROR: Could not set session state from XML
ERROR: Session: failed to load active playlists
ERROR: Session: cannot create Playlist from XML description.
ERROR: Playlist: cannot create region from XML

I don’t know why this error occurs. But thanks to a user here in the forum, I know how to fix this error
