Installation of Ardour

I am brand new to Linux. Using Mint. I have downloaded Ardour from this site in Downloads folder and I can see the file with the .run.
Unable to understand the instructions on the website
cd /folder/where/you/saved/the/file
/bin/sh ./<DOWNLOADED_FILENAME>.run

I did cd /Downloads then
/bin/sh ./Ardour-6.9.0-x86_64-gcc5.run
I get No such file or directory

Architecture: x86_64
CPU op-mode(s): 32-bit, 64-bit

cd ~/Downloads

then

/bin/sh ./Ardour-6.9.0-x86_64-gcc5.run
