Include external soundfile - howto avoid that this will inserted at the beginning of the track?

When i include an external soundfile this happens most of the time somewhere in the middle or end of a project. But after inserting the file is visible at the beginning of the certain track so you must move it to the position where it is supposed to be placed.
How can i avoid this ? While doing cut & past you can say “paste at mouse cursor” it there also a similar feature while inserting external files?

When you drag regions from the region list, the regions should appear where you stop the drag at.

Paste operations will paste the regions at the edit cursor (the blue line).
