My workflow to record performance videos currently involves recording a 3ch wavex with jack_capture then post processing in Ardour. I have a template with three tracks with the appropriate plugins.
At the moment I have to
import the wave file one ch per track
drag the regions to the existing tracks
delete the tracks created by the import.
Can i do this better?
Could it be possible to do this and an export from a script?
