which thing should i download ?

Ardour does not run on any version of Windows. We have no plans to change this at the present time. There was an incomplete version that would run, but it was never released and is no longer current. We cannot recommend Windows as an environment for the sort of tasks that Ardour is designed for, although you may find it works acceptably with other software.
