I had to reinstall Centos Linux and I need to download the install again

This is the wrong place to ask about that.

You also have a rather silly spam blocker on your email that will prevent you from receiving the email you requested for a password reset.

You need to find the invoice that PayPal sent you, locate the invoice ID (typically lower left of the invoice), and use that as the payment method at https://ardour.org/download
