Hello I need update a VST3 file but I can´t. The message says Ardour is using this file (Ardour is closed when I tried to delete obsolete VST3 file). How can I unlink from Ardour this file to delete and keep only my updated vst3 file? Thanks in advance.
Try rebooting.
When ardour crashes while a file was open, it may be locked (marked as in-use). Rebooting fixes this.
