How to view the plugins

I have a basic question… How I do to view the plugins that I have on the path (configurated on preferences)?

The information at http://en.flossmanuals.net/ardour/ch040_using-plugins/ is for an older version of Ardour, but Ardour 4 is close if not identical in this area. Plugin Manager is what you want, If I understand your question correctly.

One thing, the left sidebar with text “Audio, 1/2, Record…”, I don’t have it. How to add this?
