Could I suspend my subscription?

Reason

Recently I found unauthorized use of my card, and the card was reissued.

For now I’m feeling I have no payment method secure enough for me.

You can suspend it for any reason, or no reason. For unexplained reasons, PayPal has made this hard for most users to do, so just ask and I’ll take care of it.

I think I’m paying with a debit card without Paypal.

Could you tell me how to unsubscribe?
Though I like Ardour app and use it heavily.

As described below, something’s wrong and I have no time for this.

PayPal’s payment records:

  • No payment record to your foundation

Card company says:

  • Monthly payments via PayPal
  • and other unauthorized payments

—> Stopped the card
