@mhartzel yes, it’s true, in this case the volume bar in the left of screen is at the maximum, but the problem persist if I try to reduce it. So where can I found the “edit export format profile” settings, (the second screenshot)?
Just do the export like you did before. The Edit - button (Modifica) that allows you to change export preset settings is on the export window (Esporta), on tab called File Format (Formato Del File).
I don’t speak Italian, I just checked the Italian names on the screenshot you sent 
@mhartzel thank you very much you solved my problem!!! I deselected “Normalize” in the “Edit” window and I can export my tracks with volume changes!!! 
nice to read that people from different countries/languages can see/understand what others show & explain, then contribute, and solve problems…
