I thought this would be easy but it is not.
I have a track with a small region that I copied and would like to move to specific spots on the track and another track that
has recorded music on the whole length of the track.
I am trying to move the track with the small,(few seconds), region
How Do I move a region???
Iv’e tried CTRL cLick and ALT click n drag and nothing moves
sounds like you have either accidentally entered “lock edit” mode (typically by accidentally typing “1” with an older version of Ardour, which switches to that mode), or you don’t have any idea how to use Ardour and reading the tutorial manual is called for. I suspect it is the former case.
