How to contribute translation? (PR created)

I turned to use the github for a pull request after I found another pending PR.

• update Chinese translation to 9.9 by brucekomike · Pull Request #1154 · Ardour/ardour · GitHub
• this PR contains translation updates for Chinese(zh or zh_CN)
• all five po files updated.

here are some thoughts

• it would be neat to have a translation envaluation version of ardour for testing. ( witch i can send to a group chat and have some feedback.)
• A translation patch can also do the same thing, in case a dedicated packaged version is inconvenient.
