How to change input (from guitar) pitch?

Hi.
I need my guitar tuning to be half tone lower, without actually tuning it.
Is it possible to change pitch in realtime?

I find that the Gxdetune plugin from the Guitarix guys works well. You could also try Graillon from Auburn Sounds, which works very well, but it intended for voice, so it gets muddy on the low end, so may not work. Not sure about Gxdetune on Windows… I don’t allow Microsoft products in my home :slight_smile:

I guess you may want to investigate the varispeed as well:

I would think that, depending upon how processed your guitar is, you may want to pitch shift prior to other processing, to mask any artifacts. But, try everything, you may come up with some un-expected wonder!
