I can setup and configure my MPK249 to do most everything that MIDI CC has to offer, but even with the MPK249 Binding profile, I can’t get the transport controls to control Ardour’s transport controls. The controller is set to send MMC/MIDI, as the mpk249.map file indicates (commented just below the top of the file).
MIDI Tracer shows the MPK’s transport buttons as being sent via MMC when tracing the MIDI Control In, but nothing on MMC In. I’ve tried using JACK and ALSA with MIDI RAW and MIDI Sequencer settings, but to no avail.
Any suggestions? I’m willing to post whatever is suggested to diagnose the issue.
