Hi there. I am hoping to get access to the write code to be able to redesign Ardour into our own version of Performance Software.

Who do i speak to ?

What are the costs ?

Ardour is released under the GNU Public License. There is no requirement to pay anything. However, “redesigning Ardour into our own version of Performance Software” is a description that could cover a form of re-use that I would consider antagonistic at best. Your own program will also be required to be released under the GPL. What is it that you have in mind?
