I was working on a track this morning, and i must have accidentally left it in playback. I just came back home to find Ardour still playing at an absurd length of the song, in the hundreds of minutes. How can i make it so that playback stops at the “End” marker?
ah, thanks! Obvious once you know what that control does (: i was understanding “end of the session” as “when you close ardour”

Maybe phrasing this as “at Session End marker” would have made that clearer?

One could also argue that it should have defaulted to On for playback.
IIRC it was in older (v5, v6?) versions.
