If you are asking about how to create a MIDNAM file, there are almost no useful docs available - your best strategy is to find an existing MIDNAM for something similar and work from that.

If you are asking about how add a MIDNAM file to Ardour, just put it in the share/patchfiles folder of your installed version of Ardour.
