How can I reverse the ',' and '.' operations in the MIDI editor?

In the midi editor, I can use , to ‘Move Note Starts Earlier’ and . to ‘Move Note Ends Later’. The manual says that I can get the opposite effect using Ctrl , and Ctrl .. This doesn’t work, and there are no actions for doing the opposite listed under Keyboard Shortcuts>MIDI. Do these actions exist (I imagine they’d be called ‘Move Note Starts Later’ and ‘Move Note Ends Earlier’)? If so, how can I use them?

Alt + , and Alt + . does “fine” adjustment but I can’t find a “reverse” version…
