how can I duplicate track?

Is it possible duplicate track with all plug-in?
I can duplicate region but seem not possible with track, eg: I have a MIDI track with Calf wavetable and some plug-in for reverb, chorus and bla bla… I would like duplicate and simple change the wave in wavetable.
Ok I can duplicate region and copy and paste plug-ins, but there is a way more fast: ctrl-drag… like regions.

Also possibly worth considering is doing this combined with using Playlists, you can load the playlist from one track onto another track, giving you two identical tracks that if you edit one it will edit the other. Combined with track templates, or copying and pasting plugins between tracks, you can end up with some fun.
