Hardware plugins

Is it possible to use hardware plugins with Ardour? I didn´t see it i the manual. I use Metric Halo +dsp and would like to use these as plugins.

I will run Ardour in OSX. Will it be suported in the future?

If you have Ardour built with VST support you might be able to get it to work via the VST interface. Don’t get too excited though because more than likely it won’t work.
