Hi all!
I’m recording right now some guitars and something strange appeared on one of my recorded regions… I don’t know where it came from and whether it is dangerous 
I must have accidentally pressed some key… Do any of you know what it is and what it is for? Thank you!
It’s the region’s “Sync Position”, which is effectively the point in the region that will snap to the grid or other snap targets. If it’s not set for a region, it defaults to the start of the region.
You can set or clear a region’s sync position from the ‘Position’ sub-menu of the region’s context menu. A shortcut of ‘V’ sets it for all selected regions at the edit point.
Oh! That’s it! Thank you. It would be nice if a hint was displayed on mouseover. Or something…
