where i can find sample file in windows ???
and also can i use this samples out side of ardour

The sample lib is part of the plugin bundle.
You can get the soundfont directly from https://github.com/x42/gmsynth.lv2/tree/master/sf2
but note that the plugin includes some special cases specifically for this soundfont (notably velocity based filtering of modulation), which significantly improves the sound of some instruments.
