Frame rate problem with in Mac OS

hi there -

I’ve been struggling getting the audio to sync on a 50fps video - video is slooowwww compared to the audio, even though I asked Ardour to change to video settings. am I right in thinking I have to crunch the videoo down to 30 fps?

(Mac silicon/Monterey/Ardour 6.9)

Perhaps try Session > Properties > Sync > Use Video File’s FPS …
