Focus track/region keystrokes

I’ve had a look in the bindings window for keystrokes that will allow me to select a track header then “keystroke” to a region in the same track, and back again, moving the focus from one to the other without touching the mouse, but to no avail. (unless i’ve missed something)

I’ll add here that I have only one long region in each track, as i’m focused on manually inputting midi for an entire tune.

Does anyone know if such creatures exist?

The key-commands for Playhead to Next/Previous Boundary might be different on your machine.

Also, make sure you have Follow Playhead enabled, so your view jumps immediately when you use the above commands.
