First MIDI note/chord of song is louder than the rest of the notes since updating to 9.2

I recently updated to Ardour 9.2 and I can consider that somewhat successful except for the fact that now suddenly MIDI notes that start specifically on the start marker of the song are louder than the other notes. I tested it and it happens with Zynaddsubfx and Helm, which both were perfectly fine in Ardour 8. It doesn’t happen with Reasonable Synth and Drumlabooh. I noticed that if I cut the velocity of the notes that play louder by half (they are all the same velocity and there are no duplicates btw), they play at the correct volume.
Is there a way to fix that, besides of course cutting the velocity by half on the first notes of every song I try to make or introducing silence at the beginning of every song?
I couldn’t really find anything online about this and so I’m asking here.

Try to disable Midi chase: Preference->Midi->Midi chase

That seems to work. Thanks a lot.
