I’ve decided to visualize an idea, which was added to Bug Tracker (http://tracker.ardour.org/view.php?id=7111)

An idea is to highlight a navigated midi regions in edit mouse mode (“E”). Also to highlight linked midi regions by another colour and striped logo near the number of a link group. If midi region has no linked copies - the highlight frame has no striped number logo.
The visualization was made in Blender. The source video - by SimpleScreenRecorder.
