Exporting key bindings?

Hi. How do i export keyboard bindings?
I have done a lot now, and dont want to loose my work.
I have googled and looked in the manual, but cant really seem to find a way to do it.

They are saved automatically into your Ardour preferences folder. ~/.config/ardour on Linux. They are also loaded from there as well.

Sorry. Forgot to mention, but im on OSX. And i just searched and found it here:
User/Library/Preferences/Ardour5/ardour.keys
