Export sessions from ardour to Pro Tools?

I need to start saying that Ardour is an amazing program, I have been using it for years.

My question has to do with exporting Ardour sessions to make them readable in Pro Tools. I see an option for importing from pro tools, but not exporting to Pro Tools. I know Pro Tools is non-free, but the non-free world, unfortunately, can’t always be avoided. Any suggestions welcome.

Ardour cannot write ProTools sessions.

The only realistic way is to do a Stem Export (Ardour Menu > Session > Export > Stem Export), which will give you one file per track, and then import those into ProTools.
