What does the speaker symbol and the blue lines at the top draw my attention to?
Blue lines are where the limiter is active, they show the amount of gain reduction that is applied.
The “low volume” speaker icon shows that the signal has too low a volume for the given streaming service (but at least it’s not too loud).

Yes, likely caused by setting dBTP limit to -3 dB.
