The MIDI engine isn’t able to tell channel 13-15 to turn all notes off at once.
A MIDI note consists of a Note On value being sent to the synth when the note starts and a Note Off when it ends.
All Notes Off on a specific MIDI channel can be used as a panic button if some note for some reason failed to receive a Note Off and you want it to stop playing.

Sustain zero is “sustain off/release”.

If the bass parts sound OK in your exported piece then it’s probably fine regardless.

What pipewire version are you using?
If you’re using something older than 1.2 you may want to try and upgrade to the latest: 1.4.1

thank you,
the bass sounds good, but does “dropped event” mean that in the mix there is something missing?

i use: PipeWire 1.2.7
