Export for mastering engineer

Hi forum,

For just a plain export with no normalising for a mastering engineer, do I want one of the two BWAV options, 24bit or 32bit?

There’s also the 16 bit WAV. Then there’s another WAV option in the “quick” export box.

I looked at session properties, and that says 32bit, so is 32bit BWAV the best bet?

Sorry if this was already answered somewhere, but I couldn’t find anything anyway.

Correct :+1: If your mastering engineer hasn’t specified what they would prefer, just export to a 24 bit WAV without normalisation and be sure to leave a good few db headroom.
