Hello, in download section there is text like this for Windows:
“Because we object to paying Microsoft for the privilege of allowing you to more easily use our work, this application is unsigned (more information here). Consequently, Windows 10 or later will report is as damaged (it is not). Please read the link above to see how to install it.”
I believe that it’s copied from MacOS download section when Ardour was not signed yet, and Mac reported it as damaged. In Windows there is a SmartScreen notification that it “protected” system from running unrecognised app that may put PC at risk.
I think that word “damaged” should be changed for “unsafe and risky”
