Is there a way that I can get just a short selection to the arranger from my region list?
Like opening the whole clip via double clicking it to see the waveform and select the wanted samples and import into the arranger?
Not as of yet, what you are describing could be considered 3 point, or 4 point editing, a requested feature, but not implemented at this time.
