Empty "by tag" plugin list menu

Hi there!

I have an issue with selecting plugins from “by tag” menu list. There are many entries with no plugin into it, but there are a lot all into a “plugin” entry.

However, I can find them all in the plugin manager window, but is there any way to “rescan” in some way to order in the proper menu entry?

I am using 6.5.0~ds0 “Old Land” on a 64bits Debian Bullseye (stable) GNU/Linux. Is there any missing lv2 related package I need to install or execute any lv2/LADSPA command to reorganize it?
