Do I need to unlock limited copy of Ardour?

Hi,

After trying the copy of Ardour which has an intermittent silence I was ‘sold’ on the DAW within minutes of trying it. :slight_smile: I have now subscribed with a monthly subscription.

Do I now download a different copy of Ardour, or somehow unlock the current one?

You need to download the full copy, if you are subscribed on your account all you have to be is logged in when you go to the download page and you should have access.

Thank you. Probably a stupid question, but presumable install the new version after uninstalling the previous version?

No need: the installation script will offer to uninstall the previous version for you. In this case, you should definitely say yes to that.
