My first time trying to open Ardour5 after installation and when i try to start the project, it says my device configuration is not supported. How can i fix this?

Sounds as if you’re not selecting the correct Input/Output (device).
Ok. Thanks. Changed the Input/Output settings to realtek, and it looks like that fixed the problem.
I just installed Ardour5 on Windows 10 for the first time. I can’t seem to pass the Audio/MIDI set up and start/open a new project session. Closing the audio/midi set-up window gives me this error message:
Could not create session in “C:\Users\xxxx\Documents\MEGA\ardour\title”: Cannot connect to audio/midi engine
Audio Systems lists Port Audio as default with no other systems listed. It also labels in red as ‘stopped’.
Driver: MME
Input/Output: Microsoft Sound Mapper
MIDI System: WindMME
Could you advise if there’s anything I can do to solve this? Thank you!
